
The African Parliamentary Network on Illicit Financial Flows and Taxation (APNIFFT) will convene a high‑level caucus training from 28-29 March 2026 in Chad.
The training will bring together parliamentarians, civil society partners, and technical experts for a focused capacity‑building session.
Aimed at strengthening regional coordination in the fight against illicit financial flows (IFFs), the training is centered on empowering national caucuses, enhancing parliamentary leadership, and deepening engagement with stakeholders across Africa.
TJNA and APNIFFT will participate as follows;

The training will also provide an opportunity for stakeholders to examine Africa’s evolving governance and policy landscape on IFFs, including implications for domestic resource mobilisation, public finance management, and regional cooperation.
APNIFFT aims to strengthen national leadership in tackling illicit financial flows, advancing fair taxation, and ensuring African countries retain the resources needed to finance inclusive and sustainable development.
