The Secretariat

APNIFFT is a flagship programme under Tax Justice Network Africa.

The secretariat coordinates the work planning and implementation of APNIFFT activities, fundraises and finances the network, consults with the steering council on strategy and management, and serves as the trustee of all documents and intangible assets of the network.

The Constitution

The steering council is headed by a chair as the highest decision-making organ for the network.

The steering council ensures the continued and sustainable development of the network; initiates and oversees the Network’s activities; represents the Network at international events; prepares annual meetings; and helps to mobilise necessary financial resources for the Network.
